- O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
- And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
- Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

- So teach us to number our days,
that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. - Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
- Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee. - Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
- The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
- And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
- Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
- Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
- That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
- And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
- I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
- And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing.
- That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love.
- Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
- Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
- In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
- Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
- Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
