Praise the Lord! - And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
- But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.
- For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.
- Teach us to realize the brevity of life,
so that we may grow in wisdom. - I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life.
