This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.This is what the Lord says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.”
So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.For I know that as you pray for me and the Spirit of Jesus Christ helps me, this will lead to my deliverance.
But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.But I will send you the Advocate—the Spirit of truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.
For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth.For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true.
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.
Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, And the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, And the fruitful field is counted as a forest.Until at last the Spirit is poured out on us from heaven. Then the wilderness will become a fertile field, and the fertile field will yield bountiful crops.
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world.
There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling.For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future.
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.Asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God.
Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of complete rest, an official day for holy assembly. It is the Lord’s Sabbath day, and it must be observed wherever you live.
Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us.
Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name Yah, And rejoice before Him. A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.Sing praises to God and to his name! Sing loud praises to him who rides the clouds. His name is the Lord— rejoice in his presence! Father to the fatherless, defender of widows— this is God, whose dwelling is holy.
Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.Better to be patient than powerful; better to have self-control than to conquer a city.
It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy, And afterward to reconsider his vows.Don’t trap yourself by making a rash promise to God and only later counting the cost.
