  • For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings,
    And their sins I will no longer remember.

  • When good things increase, those who consume them increase. So what is the advantage to their owners except to look at them?

    And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper.
  • Some praise their chariots and some their horses,
    But we will praise the name of the Lord, our God.
  • The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears
    And rescues them from all their troubles.
    The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
    And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
  • But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed. And do not fear their intimidation, and do not be in dread.
  • Jesus was going about in all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.

  • So when you give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, so that they will be praised by people. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full.
  • That their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and that they would attain to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself.
  • “No weapon that is formed against you will succeed;

    And their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord.

    Will gain new strength;

  • I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will make showers fall in their season; they will be showers of blessing.
  • He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, without the possibility that mankind will find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
  • One who guards his mouth protects his life;
    One who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.

And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them; and they were judged, each one of them according to their deeds.
  • Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to set their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy.

    But through knowledge the righteous will be rescued.
