Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.”Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, have you now believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.”
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.For if we believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead, so also God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus.
Blessed is a person who endures temptation, for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord promised to those who love him.Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.
Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him, “If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly My disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, And His ears attend to their prayer, But the face of the Lord is against evildoers.
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?So if you, despite being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?
Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward.Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward.

But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.”But just as it is written: “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, And which have not entered the human heart, All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”
But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name.But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.
But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation, a snare, and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction.But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap, and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge people into ruin and destruction.
All chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous; yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.For the moment, all discipline seems not to be pleasant, but painful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.
God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land.God makes a home for the lonely; He leads out the prisoners into prosperity, Only the rebellious live in parched lands.
A highway will be there, a road, and it will be called “The Holy Way”. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it will be for those who walk in the Way. Wicked fools shall not go there.A highway will be there, a roadway, And it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, But it will be for the one who walks that way, And fools will not wander on it.
The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears And rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; All those who follow His commandments have a good understanding; His praise endures forever.
Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.
Happy is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gets understanding.Blessed is a person who finds wisdom, And one who obtains understanding.
So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.
Glory to God in the highest, on earth peace, good will toward men.Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among people with whom He is pleased.

Know therefore that Yahweh your God himself is God, the faithful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness to a thousand generations with those who love him and keep his commandments.Know therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, who keeps His covenant and His faithfulness to a thousand generations for those who love Him and keep His commandments.
