Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. | Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep. |

But Yahweh’s loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children’s children, to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts. | But the love of the Lord remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments! |
Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. | God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted. |
Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse. | Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them. |

As for God, his way is perfect. Yahweh’s word is tried. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him. | God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection. |
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth. | For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth. |
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. | God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied. |
I am inquired of by those who didn’t ask. I am found by those who didn’t seek me. I said, ‘See me, see me,’ to a nation that was not called by my name. | The Lord says, “I was ready to respond, but no one asked for help. I was ready to be found, but no one was looking for me.
