- Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep.

when it is in the power of your hand to do it. - If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.

to cut off their memory from the earth. - My times are in your hand.
Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me. - So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
- For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are dying, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
- But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
- Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
- Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.
- Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.

but wisdom is with people who take advice.
