Why do bad things happen (2/4)

And if you say in your heart, ‘How will we recognize the word which the Lord has not spoken?’ When the prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, and the thing does not happen or come true, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken. Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. So they do it to obtain a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. 1 Corinthians 9:25	And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5:24	Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. calling faithfulness Word of God
But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine. Titus 2:1	But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine. speaking evangelism learning
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28	And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. love God calling

Do not participate in the useless deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
