- I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever.
- And I will strengthen the house of Judah,
And I will save the house of Joseph,
And I will bring them back,
Because I have had compassion on them;
And they will be as though I had not rejected them,
For I am the Lord their God and I will answer them. - The Lord will protect you from all evil;
He will keep your soul.
The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in
From this time and forever. - Turn to my rebuke,
Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. - So that we confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid.
What will man do to me?” - I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
- When I am afraid,
I will put my trust in You. - I will give thanks to You, Lord, among the peoples,
And I will sing praises to You among the nations. - If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.
- Do not judge, so that you will not be judged.
- They will no longer hunger nor thirst, nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any scorching heat; for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.
- Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will follow My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our dwelling with him.”
- Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
- Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you;
He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. - For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.
- The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice,
And he who fathers a wise son will be glad in him. - She will give birth to a Son; and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.
- I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go;
I will advise you with My eye upon you. - The integrity of the upright will guide them,
But the perversity of the treacherous will destroy them. - Do not fear, for I am with you;
Do not be afraid, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, I will also help you,
I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand. - Stop striving and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted on the earth. - The one who has found his life will lose it, and the one who has lost his life on My account will find it.
- The Lord your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will rejoice over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. - You, Lord, will not withhold Your compassion from me;
Your mercy and Your truth will continually watch over me.
