Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? | Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? |
And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all. | And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. |
And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. | And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. |
If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him. | If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. |
And who is there to harm you if you prove zealous for what is good? | And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? |
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. | Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. |
Therefore you have no excuse, you foolish person, everyone of you who passes judgment; for in that matter in which you judge someone else, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. | Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. |
For the Lord your God will have blessed you just as He has promised you, and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow; and you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you. | For the Lord thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee. |
God raised up His Servant for you first, and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways. | Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. |
You shall walk entirely in the way which the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and that it may be well for you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you will possess. | Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess. |
I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have nothing good besides You.” | O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth not to thee. |
And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, For You, Lord, have not abandoned those who seek You. | And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. |
Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know. | Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. |
Seek good and not evil, so that you may live; And so may the Lord God of armies be with you, Just as you have said! | Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the Lord, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. |
And the Lord is the One who is going ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not desert you or abandon you. Do not fear and do not be dismayed. | And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed. |
And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. | And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. |
Turn to my rebuke, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you. | Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. |
For You have put us to the test, God; You have refined us as silver is refined. | For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried. |
God, You are my God; I shall be watching for You; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and exhausted land where there is no water. | O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is. |
Lord, all my desire is before You; And my sighing is not hidden from You. | Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee. |
Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. | Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. |
And when they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand about what you are to say, but say whatever is given you at that time; for you are not the ones speaking, but it is the Holy Spirit. | But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. |

You call Me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord’; and you are correct, for so I am. | Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. |
You have been severed from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by the Law; you have fallen from grace. | Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. |
