- Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

- And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.
- And live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
- And this is the testimony: God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

- He sent out his word and healed them,
and delivered them from destruction. - You want something and do not have it; so you commit murder. And you covet something and cannot obtain it; so you engage in disputes and conflicts. You do not have, because you do not ask.
- Likewise all to whom God gives wealth and possessions and whom he enables to enjoy them, and to accept their lot and find enjoyment in their toil—this is the gift of God.
- For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever. Amen.
