Bible Verses about 'Burdens be lifted up'

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.And he led them out as far as Bethany, and lifting up his hands he blessed them. While he blessed them, he parted from them and was carried up into heaven.
After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.
Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.”And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.”
Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.
I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.I cried to him with my mouth, and high praise was on my tongue.
In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’And in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side. And he called out, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am in anguish in this flame.’
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright— but the righteous person will live by his faithfulness.Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him, but the righteous shall live by his faith.
When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me.But when they had grazed, they became full, they were filled, and their heart was lifted up; therefore they forgot me.
Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses.
Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?Is not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?
Arise, Lord! Lift up your hand, O God. Do not forget the helpless.Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand; forget not the afflicted.
Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!

The vine is dried up and the fig tree is withered; the pomegranate, the palm and the apple tree— all the trees of the field—are dried up. Surely the people’s joy is withered away.The vine dries up; the fig tree languishes. Pomegranate, palm, and apple, all the trees of the field are dried up, and gladness dries up from the children of man.
Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.

After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
