Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Him&p=2'
- Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
- When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.”
- The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
- A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself;
The simple pass on and are punished. - The generous soul will be made rich,
And he who waters will also be watered himself. - And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
- So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself.
- Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”
- Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.
- A man who has friends must himself be friendly,
But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. - “Can anyone hide himself in secret places,
So I shall not see him?” says the Lord;
“Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord. - But “he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends.
- Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
- Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
- Now John himself was clothed in camel’s hair, with a leather belt around his waist; and his food was locusts and wild honey.
- Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
- Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.
- Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
- And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
- Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.
- Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
- Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.
- There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
- Therefore know this day, and consider it in your heart, that the Lord Himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other.
- Who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.Next verse!With image
