Good and upright is the Lord; therefore, he instructs sinners in his ways. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them the path to follow.Good and upright is Yahweh, therefore he will instruct sinners in the way. He will guide the humble in justice. He will teach the humble his way.
He must increase; I must decrease.He must increase, but I must decrease.
Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not treat them harshly.Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them.
