- These things I have spoken to you so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.

And He will make your paths straight. - Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
- The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
- Unless the Lord builds a house,
They who build it labor in vain;
Unless the Lord guards a city,
The watchman stays awake in vain. - Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
- Be on the alert, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
- What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? Far from it! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
- The Lord is good and upright;
Therefore He instructs sinners in the way.
He leads the humble in justice,
And He teaches the humble His way. - For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.
- In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- The Lord is near to all who call on Him,
To all who call on Him in truth. - Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord,
Who walks in His ways. - And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not grasp it.
- My soul, wait in silence for God alone,
For my hope is from Him. - Do your duty to the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His ordinances, and His testimonies, according to what is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may succeed in all that you do and wherever you turn.
- Create in me a clean heart, God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth. - Who, as He already existed in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but emptied Himself by taking the form of a bond-servant and being born in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death: death on a cross.
- I have treasured Your word in my heart,
So that I may not sin against You.
