- Give us today the food we need.
- But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

He was whipped so we could be healed. - Praise the Lord; praise God our savior!
For each day he carries us in his arms. - Our help is from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - God is our refuge and strength,
always ready to help in times of trouble. - Yet it was our weaknesses he carried;
it was our sorrows that weighed him down.
And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God,
a punishment for his own sins! - Now all glory to God our Father forever and ever! Amen.

- Come, let us worship and bow down.
Let us kneel before the Lord our maker. - Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.
- For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.
- The grass withers and the flowers fade,
but the word of our God stands forever. - We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters.
- He has removed our sins as far from us
as the east is from the west. - Once again you will have compassion on us.
You will trample our sins under your feet
and throw them into the depths of the ocean! - And the Lord our God commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear him so he can continue to bless us and preserve our lives, as he has done to this day.
- Some nations boast of their chariots and horses,
but we boast in the name of the Lord our God. - Teach us to realize the brevity of life,
so that we may grow in wisdom.
