- Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
- Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace,
whose mind is stayed on thee:
because he trusteth in thee. - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
- Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
- The law of the Lord is perfect,
converting the soul:
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple. - And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.
- And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
- He is the Rock, his work is perfect:
for all his ways are judgment:
a God of truth and without iniquity,
just and right is he. - As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. - As for God, his way is perfect;
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. - Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
- For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
- Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
- Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
- Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
- But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
- Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
- And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
- Depart from evil, and do good;
seek peace, and pursue it. - Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
- And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
- Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
- Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace, good will toward men. - Great peace have they which love thy law:
and nothing shall offend them.
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord,
and whose hope the Lord is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters,
and that spreadeth out her roots by the river,
and shall not see when heat cometh,
but her leaf shall be green;
and shall not be careful in the year of drought,
neither shall cease from yielding fruit.Next verse!With image
