- Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves.

- For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?
- For no prophecy ever came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke, being moved by the Holy Spirit.
- For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
- The fear of man proves to be a snare,
but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe. - You being enriched in everything for all generosity, which produces thanksgiving to God through us.
- Before destruction the heart of man is proud,
but before honor is humility. - Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil.
- Therefore, whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets.
- But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth.’”
- All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive remission of sins.
- Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen.
- Save us now, we beg you, Yahweh!
Yahweh, we beg you, send prosperity now.
Blessed is he who comes in Yahweh’s name!
We have blessed you out of Yahweh’s house. - Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
- Give diligence to present yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth.
- You fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
- In that day you will say, “Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name! Declare his doings among the peoples! Proclaim that his name is exalted!”
- Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
- Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him.
Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way,
because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. - When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.
- When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them and they spoke with other languages and prophesied.
