- Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come— that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.
- For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Who can know it?
I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings. - So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
- But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
- And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.
- But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.”
- Let us search out and examine our ways,
And turn back to the Lord. - But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.
- And heal the sick there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
- There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death. - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
- Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
- But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
