Wisdom (3/3)

A fool spurns his father’s correction, but whoever heeds admonition is prudent.A fool spurns a parent’s discipline, but whoever heeds correction shows prudence.
Fine words are not becoming to a fool, and much less are false words to a noble.Eloquent lips are unsuited to a godless fool— how much worse lying lips to a ruler!
Let those who are wise understand these words, and let the prudent acknowledge them. For straight are the ways of the Lord; the upright walk in them, but sinners stumble.Who is wise? Let them realize these things. Who is discerning? Let them understand. The ways of the Lord are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.

Bible verse of the day

And if one should fall,
his companion will help him up.
How pathetic is the man who is alone and falls
and has no one to assist him to his feet.
