- The Lord sends poverty and wealth;
he humbles and he exalts. - But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.Next verse!With image
