Chinese (traditional)With my soul I have desired you in the night.
Yes, with my spirit within me I will seek you earnestly;
for when your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness. But now faith, hope, and love remain—these three. The greatest of these is love. Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called children of God. Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another. While we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. Whom do I have in heaven?
There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you. While they were there, the day had come for her to give birth. She gave birth to her firstborn son. She wrapped him in bands of cloth and laid him in a feeding trough, because there was no room for them in the inn. The angel said to her, “Don’t be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and shall name him ‘Jesus.’” How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news,
who publishes peace,
who brings good news,
who proclaims salvation,
who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. You shall keep his statutes and his commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which Yahweh your God gives you for all time. My mouth shall be filled with your praise,
with your honor all day long. The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge,
but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction. Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Seek Yahweh while he may be found.
Call on him while he is near. As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent. The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance. You are my hiding place and my shield.
I hope in your word. Jesus therefore said to them again, “Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” Jesus therefore answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me.” A fool has no delight in understanding,
but only in revealing his own opinion. For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end. Yours, Yahweh, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! For all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, Yahweh, and you are exalted as head above all. Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless.
Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Iron sharpens iron;
so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance. For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. If therefore they tell you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ don’t go out; or ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ don’t believe it. For as the lightning flashes from the east, and is seen even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. Your word is a lamp to my feet,
and a light for my path. Watch therefore, for you don’t know in what hour your Lord comes. Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.Next verse!With image
