Colossians - NIV & NCB

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as if you were doing it for the Lord and not for others, since you know that you will receive from the Lord an inheritance as your reward for you are serving the Lord Christ.
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.Over all these put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.Persevere in prayer, with alert minds and thankful hearts.
Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.Bear with one another, and forgive one another if anyone has reason to be offended with another. You must forgive just as the Lord has forgiven you.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. As God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. And let the peace of Christ reign in your hearts, because it was for this that you were called together in one body. Always be thankful.
Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not treat them harshly.
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. And so you should put to death everything in your nature that is earthly: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desires, and greed (which is idolatry).
Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.Let the word of Christ with all its richness dwell in you. Teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God with gratitude in your hearts.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
