- But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
- Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- He that covereth his sins shall not prosper:
but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.
- What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
and the son of man, that thou visitest him? - I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
- For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
- Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God.

- For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.

and the unrighteous man his thoughts:

and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. - Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord;
and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you:
for I am merciful, saith the Lord,
and I will not keep anger for ever. - And rend your heart,
and not your garments,
and turn unto the Lord your God:
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and of great kindness,
and repenteth him of the evil. - Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
- And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
- And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;
