Grace (2/2)

Rather, you must grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All glory to him, both now and forever! Amen. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.
People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy. He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
Timothy, my dear son, be strong through the grace that God gives you in Christ Jesus. You therefore, my child, be strengthened in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

Well then, should we keep on sinning so that God can show us more and more of his wonderful grace? Of course not! Since we have died to sin, how can we continue to live in it?What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
What are mere mortals that you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them? What is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him?
May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

I do not treat the grace of God as meaningless. For if keeping the law could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die.I don’t reject the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!
Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.For I say through the grace that was given me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of yourself more highly than you ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.

Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!”Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.”
Let the wicked change their ways and banish the very thought of doing wrong. Let them turn to the Lord that he may have mercy on them. Yes, turn to our God, for he will forgive generously.Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered. You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman as to the weaker vessel, as also being joint heirs of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
