The precepts of the Lord are right, causing the heart to rejoice. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving light to the eyes.The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes.

Because the sentence for committing an evil act is not carried out quickly, people’s hearts are prone to act wickedly.Because sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the human heart is fully set to do evil.
