He preserves the souls of His saints;
He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked. - Now a mediator does not mediate for one only, but God is one.
- The face of the Lord is against those who do evil,
To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. - Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God.
- Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
- Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.
- And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!

The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in
From this time forth, and even forevermore. - Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another.

Show mercy and compassion
Everyone to his brother.
Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless,
The alien or the poor.
Let none of you plan evil in his heart
Against his brother.’ - But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.
- For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.
- For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.
