2 Corinthians (2/4)

No one is to seek his own advantage, but rather that of his neighbor.Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good.
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
For we know that if our earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens. For we know that if the earthly house of our tent is dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
Therefore I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, in behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, and in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.
Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. Now may he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
Namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their wrongdoings against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.Namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building. For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s farming, God’s building.
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. While we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don’t you know about your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.
For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
But because of sexual immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. But, because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love. But now faith, hope, and love remain—these three. The greatest of these is love.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all things for the glory of God.Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?
And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
For since by a man death came, by a Man also came the resurrection of the dead. For since death came by man, the resurrection of the dead also came by man.
God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.God is faithful, through whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
Sober up morally and stop sinning, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.Wake up righteously and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.
For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died; and He died for all, so that those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose on their behalf. For the love of Christ compels us; because we judge thus: that one died for all, therefore all died. He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again.
If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are.
But just as it is written: “Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, And which have not entered the human heart, All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.”
For who among people knows the thoughts of a person except the spirit of the person that is in him? So also the thoughts of God no one knows, except the Spirit of God.For who among men knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God except God’s Spirit.

If I have the gift of prophecy and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don’t have love, I am nothing.
