- There is no Holy One like the Lord,
no one besides you;
there is no Rock like our God. - May mercy, peace, and love be yours in abundance.
- And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.
- Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.
- For he will repay according to each one's deeds.

- So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.
- But as for you, teach what is consistent with sound doctrine.
- Proclaim the message; be persistent whether the time is favorable or unfavorable; convince, rebuke, and encourage, with the utmost patience in teaching.
- Deliver me, O Lord,
from lying lips,
from a deceitful tongue. - Shun youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
- Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus.
- Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved by him, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly explaining the word of truth.
- The Lord makes poor and makes rich;
he brings low, he also exalts. - For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with thanksgiving.
- When pride comes, then comes disgrace;
but wisdom is with the humble. - I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
I have no good apart from you.” - Then everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
- Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
- You shall keep my sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
- Guarding the paths of justice
and preserving the way of his faithful ones. - Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor.
- All deeds are right in the sight of the doer,
but the Lord weighs the heart.
