And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that.
If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me.
As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.
For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing.
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.Sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.Be sure to keep the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you.
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he hath commanded us.And if we are careful to obey all this law before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, that will be our righteousness.
Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”

But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.
