Let’s not become discouraged in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not become weary. | And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. |
Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? | Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? |

If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. | If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth. |
For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing. | For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. |
As they had their pasture, they became satisfied, And as they became satisfied, their heart became proud; Therefore they forgot Me. | According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me. |
Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” | Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. |
These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. And you shall repeat them diligently to your sons and speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down, and when you get up. | And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. |
Just as the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, the one who eats Me, he also will live because of Me. | As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. |
So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. | Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. |
This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies. | This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. |
Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. | And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. |
Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. | Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven. |
But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness. | But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. |

So then, while we have opportunity, let’s do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. | As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. |
You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and His provisions and His statutes which He has commanded you. | Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee. |

For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin. | For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. |
For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus. | Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. |
Now I say this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows generously will also reap generously. | But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. |
And it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to follow all this commandment before the Lord our God, just as He commanded us. | And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he hath commanded us. |
