Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Abound'
- And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.
- For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
- I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
- And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.
- What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
- Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
- The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
- Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
- For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive;
and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. - We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth.
- And rend your heart,
and not your garments,
and turn unto the Lord your God:
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and of great kindness,
and repenteth him of the evil.
He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.Next verse!With image
