Bible Verses about 'Acknowledge'
- I have been the Lord your God
ever since I brought you out of Egypt.
You must acknowledge no God but me,
for there is no other savior. - Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take. - So remember this and keep it firmly in mind: The Lord is God both in heaven and on earth, and there is no other.
- This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here.

And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone. - Anyone who denies the Son doesn’t have the Father, either. But anyone who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

to the glory of God the Father. - All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God.
- For the Scriptures say,
“‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bend to me,
and every tongue will declare allegiance to God.’” - All who are victorious will be clothed in white. I will never erase their names from the Book of Life, but I will announce before my Father and his angels that they are mine.
- Be still, and know that I am God!
I will be honored by every nation.
I will be honored throughout the world. - They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved. Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done.
- Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.
- I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance;
therefore, I will hope in him!” - For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.
- Let those who are wise understand these things.
Let those with discernment listen carefully.
The paths of the Lord are true and right,
and righteous people live by walking in them.
But in those paths sinners stumble and fall. - If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
- Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses.

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies—
he is the King of glory. - I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself.
