- Mark out a straight path for your feet;
stay on the safe path. - But be sure to fear the Lord and faithfully serve him. Think of all the wonderful things he has done for you.
- For the word of the Lord holds true,
and we can trust everything he does. - God created everything through him,
and nothing was created except through him. - The righteous person faces many troubles,
but the Lord comes to the rescue each time. - Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
- For every house has a builder, but the one who built everything is God.
- How joyful are those who fear the Lord—
all who follow his ways!
