- The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
A refuge in times of trouble. - Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
- Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart. - Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.
- Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.
- Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
- Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy;
For You render to each one according to his work. - Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.
- By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
- Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted.
- Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child.
- For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.

- For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.
- Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them.
- I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
- The vine has dried up,
And the fig tree has withered;
The pomegranate tree,
The palm tree also,
And the apple tree—
All the trees of the field are withered;
Surely joy has withered away from the sons of men. - But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
- For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
- And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
- Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.
