- For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

- For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake.

- For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.
- And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors. - This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts,
which is wonderful in counsel,
and excellent in working. - If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
- If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
- A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
- Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.
- There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
- For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
- The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law.As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
