- For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
- Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me.

If we have died with him, we will also live with him. - The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

- And not only that, but we also boast in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.
- Since therefore Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same intention (for whoever has suffered in the flesh has finished with sin).
- For I am not ashamed of the gospel; it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

- No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.
- Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.
- My lips will shout for joy
when I sing praises to you;
my soul also, which you have rescued. - For what human being knows what is truly human except the human spirit that is within? So also no one comprehends what is truly God's except the Spirit of God.
- Everyone who commits sin is guilty of lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.
- Also that the women should dress themselves modestly and decently in suitable clothing, not with their hair braided, or with gold, pearls, or expensive clothes, but with good works, as is proper for women who profess reverence for God.
- For there is one God; there is also one mediator between God and humankind, Christ Jesus, himself human.

and one who gives water will get water. - Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.
- Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow.
- The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do this.
- Joseph also went from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to the city of David called Bethlehem, because he was descended from the house and family of David. He went to be registered with Mary, to whom he was engaged and who was expecting a child.
