One who turns his ear away from listening to the Law, Even his prayer is an abomination. Proverbs 28:9	When one will not listen to the law, even one's prayers are an abomination. prayer obedience listening
But sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, but with gentleness and respect. 1 Peter 3:15	But in your hearts sanctify Christ as Lord.
