- One who conceals hatred has lying lips,
And one who spreads slander is a fool. - Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
- Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.
- The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
- And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.
- Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.”
- For the despairing man there should be kindness from his friend;
So that he does not abandon the fear of the Almighty. - The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
- You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may certainly rebuke your neighbor, but you are not to incur sin because of him. You shall not take vengeance, nor hold any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord.
- And the one who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
- Now accept the one who is weak in faith, but not to have quarrels over opinions.
- Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
When it is in your power to do it. - And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God must also love his brother and sister.
- And He said to them, “Whoever receives this child in My name receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me; for the one who is least among all of you, this is the one who is great.”
- One who is on the path of life follows instruction,
But one who ignores a rebuke goes astray. - One who walks in integrity walks securely,
But one who perverts his ways will be found out. - Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts on them, will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.
- Just as the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, the one who eats Me, he also will live because of Me.
- Therefore, whoever nullifies one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
- And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.
- And I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.
- So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them. For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
- For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up!
- The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’
- So it shall be when he becomes guilty of one of these things, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
