- Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
For they shall be filled. - For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name’s sake,
Lead me and guide me. - For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
- Why are you cast down, O my soul?
And why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God;
For I shall yet praise Him,
The help of my countenance and my God. - For a thousand years in Your sight
Are like yesterday when it is past,
And like a watch in the night. - For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

- Blessings are on the head of the righteous,
But violence covers the mouth of the wicked. - And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.
- Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
Save me, and I shall be saved,
For You are my praise. - Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
- The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,
And He delights in his way. - He is the Rock, His work is perfect;
For all His ways are justice,
A God of truth and without injustice;
Righteous and upright is He. - For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.
- O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. - Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But the Lord delivers him out of them all. - For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
- The Lord opens the eyes of the blind;
The Lord raises those who are bowed down;
The Lord loves the righteous.
