- Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
He is the King of glory. Selah - Behold the proud,
His soul is not upright in him;
But the just shall live by his faith. - You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary:
I am the Lord. - Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. - Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart,
All you who hope in the Lord. - Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart. - Every way of a man is right in his own eyes,
But the Lord weighs the hearts. - The Lord is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. - I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living. - He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord. - I called on the Lord in distress;
The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. - Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! - I will bless the Lord at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth. - Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. - The Lord will give strength to His people;
The Lord will bless His people with peace. - But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
- The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their cry. - The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth. - The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom,
And before honor is humility. - Salvation belongs to the Lord.
Your blessing is upon Your people. Selah - So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- For the Lord gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. - The fear of man brings a snare,
But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe. - For the Lord takes pleasure in His people;
He will beautify the humble with salvation. - He loves righteousness and justice;
The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.
