- Seek the Lord and his strength,

If you seek me, you will survive. - A man may plan his own course,
but the Lord makes his steps secure. - For who is God except the Lord?
Who is a rock aside from our God? - The Lord makes poor and makes rich,
he humbles and he also exalts. - I wait for the Lord in anxious expectation;
I place my hope in his word. - With the Lord to protect me I am not afraid.
What can mortals do to me? - For whoever finds me finds life
and receives favor from the Lord. - You shall observe my commandments and obey them. I am the Lord.
- The Lord is righteous in all his ways
and merciful in everything he does. - It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to place your trust in mortals. - I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
he set me free from all my fears. - The Lord makes a man’s steps secure
when he approves of his conduct. - The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of distress. - This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us exult and rejoice in it. - Blessed be the Lord, day after day,
the God of our salvation, who carries our burden. Selah - The reward of humility and fear of the Lord
is wealth, honor, and life. - For the word of the Lord is true,
and he is faithful in everything he does. - Now this Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
- If you obey the command that I give you today, to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways, and to observe his commandments, statutes, and decrees, then you will live and multiply, and the Lord, your God, will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.
- A man’s ways may seem right to him,
but the Lord weighs the heart.
