- Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you.

and your plans shall succeed. - Tear your heart and not your garments,
and turn to Yahweh, your God;
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness,
and relents from sending calamity. - Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.”
- My mouth shall be filled with your praise,
with your honor all day long. - Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners. Purify your hearts, you double-minded.
- Deep calls to deep at the noise of your waterfalls.
All your waves and your billows have swept over me. - Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, Yahweh.
Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me. - You shall serve Yahweh your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
- Not to us, Yahweh, not to us,
but to your name give glory,
for your loving kindness, and for your truth’s sake. - Therefore be merciful,
even as your Father is also merciful. - Let your eyes look straight ahead.
Fix your gaze directly before you. - Now I beg you, brothers, through the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
- For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
