- And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job when he had prayed for his friends; and the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.

because he has dealt bountifully with me. - And every day in the temple and at home they did not cease to teach and proclaim Jesus as the Messiah.
- He is the reflection of God's glory and the exact imprint of God's very being, and he sustains all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
- And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fish for people.”
- Indeed, we live as human beings, but we do not wage war according to human standards.
- But just when he had resolved to do this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.”
- Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.”
- Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.
- His divine power has given us everything needed for life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
- For we brought nothing into the world, so that we can take nothing out of it; but if we have food and clothing, we will be content with these.
- So then, a sabbath rest still remains for the people of God; for those who enter God's rest also cease from their labors as God did from his.
- I stretch out my hands to you;
my soul thirsts for you like a parched land. Selah - Blessed be the Lord,
who daily bears us up;
God is our salvation. Selah - Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
