- Be still, and know that I am God!
I am exalted among the nations,
I am exalted in the earth. - Be exalted, O God, above the heavens.
Let your glory be over all the earth. - Be exalted, O God, above the heavens,
and let your glory be over all the earth. - And you will say in that day:
Give thanks to the Lord,
call on his name;
make known his deeds among the nations;
proclaim that his name is exalted. - Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you both see and hear.
- Therefore God also highly exalted him
and gave him the name
that is above every name,
so that at the name of Jesus
every knee should bend,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth. - Yours, O Lord, are the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty; for all that is in the heavens and on the earth is yours; yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all.
- When I fed them, they were satisfied;
they were satisfied, and their heart was proud;
therefore they forgot me. - The Almighty —we cannot find him;
he is great in power and justice,
and abundant righteousness he will not violate. - Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you;
therefore he will rise up to show mercy to you.
For the Lord is a God of justice;
blessed are all those who wait for him. - For thus says the high and lofty one
who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy:
I dwell in the high and holy place,
and also with those who are contrite and humble in spirit,
to revive the spirit of the humble,
and to revive the heart of the contrite. - Let the believer who is lowly boast in being raised up, and the rich in being brought low, because the rich will disappear like a flower in the field.
Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
