FOR IT IS GOD WHO WORKS IN YOU TO AND WILL (3/4)

And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. Recite them to your children and talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in mortals.
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity!
He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend.Those who walk blamelessly, and do what is right, and speak the truth from their heart; who do not slander with their tongue, and do no evil to their friends, nor take up a reproach against their neighbors.
And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear.But in your hearts sanctify Christ as Lord. Always be ready to make your defense to anyone who demands from you an accounting for the hope that is in you.
I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works.I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.

He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do this.
But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.But I say to you that listen, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.
It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy, And afterward to reconsider his vows.It is a snare for one to say rashly, “It is holy,” and begin to reflect only after making a vow.

And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”Then he took a loaf of bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
