- There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
- Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
- For I, the Lord your God,
hold your right hand;
it is I who say to you, “Fear not,
I am the one who helps you.” - And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

What can man do to me? - The reward for humility and fear of the Lord
is riches and honor and life. - The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom,
and humility comes before honor. - He who withholds kindness from a friend
forsakes the fear of the Almighty. - Better is a little with the fear of the Lord
than great treasure and trouble with it. - God shall bless us;
let all the ends of the earth fear him! - Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,
on those who hope in his steadfast love. - But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.”
- As a father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him. - For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
- Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;
fools despise wisdom and instruction. - The fear of man lays a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. - Though an army encamp against me,
my heart shall not fear;
though war arise against me,
yet I will be confident. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. - So we can confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear;
what can man do to me?” - Be not wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your flesh
and refreshment to your bones. - The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil.
Pride and arrogance and the way of evil
and perverted speech I hate. - But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled.
It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love. The Lord is with you while you are with him.
