The Lord commanded us to observe all of these statutes and to fear the Lord, our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, even as we are today. Therefore, we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?” Hebrews 13:6	So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” trust fear protection

And so now, O Israel, what does the Lord, your God, require of you but to fear the Lord, your God, to walk in all of his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord, your God, with all your heart and all your soul, and to observe the commandments and the statutes that I am giving you today for your own good. Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and whose hope is the Lord. They will be like a tree planted by the water that spreads out its roots to the stream. When the heat comes, it does not fear; its leaves stay green. It is not concerned in a year of drought, and it never fails to bear fruit. Jeremiah 17:7-8	Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord.
