- My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit;
a contrite and humble heart, O God,
you will not spurn. - This is how we can be certain
that we abide in him
and that he abides in us:
he has given us a share in his Spirit. - There is one body and one Spirit, as well as one hope to which you have been called by your vocation.

And the proof that he abides in us
is the Spirit that he has given us.
