- For the love of Christ compels us; because we judge thus: that one died for all, therefore all died. He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again.

O God of my fathers,
who have given me wisdom and might,
and have now made known to me what we desired of you;
for you have made known to us the king’s matter. - Let your loving kindness be on us, Yahweh,
since we have hoped in you. - For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
- For so has the Lord commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles,
that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’ - Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to Yahweh. - God, you are my God.

My soul thirsts for you.
My flesh longs for you,
in a dry and weary land, where there is no water. - And hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
- For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, because it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.
- So we fasted and begged our God for this, and he granted our request.
- For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age.

- For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us.
- I don’t reject the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!
- Who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love, in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.
- Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
- For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God.
- Guide me in your truth, and teach me,
for you are the God of my salvation.
I wait for you all day long. - There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his.
